Freescale Semiconductor (China) Co., Ltd., established in 1992, is one of NXP’s large chip testing and packaging plants. It was put into production in 2001 and produces 1 billion microcontrollers and mixed signal devices every year. The Tianjin manufacturing center of the Company is engaged in the latest integrated circuit (IC) packaging and power quad flat no-lead (PQFN) packaging, which are suitable for automobiles and other high-flow, high-power applications. The Company has a product failure mode analysis laboratory and a reliability aging laboratory, which provide supports for its global business.
