Grandall Law Firm

Grandall Law Firm, formerly known as "Grandall Legal Group" (hereinafter referred to as "Grandall"), was founded in June 1998. Grandall was the first law firm authorized by the Ministry of Justice of the People's Republic of China to utilize the title "Legal Group." In March 2011, Grandall changed its name to Grandall Law Firm.

Grandall Law Firm was created through the merger of Beijing Zhang Yongtao Law Firm, Shanghai Wanguo Law Firm, and Shenzhen Tangren Law Firm, and is registered with the Ministry of Justice. All three of these law firms were founded in 1992 and 1993 and have been practicing law for over three decades.


Grandall currently boasts over 700 partners and a combined workforce of over 5,000 individuals, consisting of practicing attorneys, paralegals, administrative assistants, and other support personnel. More than 90% of our partners hold a Doctorate or Master's degree, along with other senior qualifications. Many are renowned experts and academics in specific legal fields and areas.
