China Logistics Group Co., Ltd. (China Logistics) was officially established on December 6th, 2021 in Beijing, under the approval of the State Council of the People’s Republic of China.


China Logistics is a state-owned enterprise (SOE) group with diverse equity under the direct supervision of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC). China Logistics has emerged through the integration of five companies，one is the former China Railway Materials Group Co., Ltd., while the other four belong to the logistics industry under China Chengtong Holdings Group Ltd: China Materials Storage & Transportation Group Co., Ltd., CTS International Logistics Corporation Ltd., China Logistics Co., Ltd., and China Packaging LLC.


With the strategic involvement of three key investors, namely China Eastern Airlines, China COSCO Shipping Corporation Ltd, and China Merchants Group, China Logistics Group operates in close coordination to drive its strategic initiatives.


China Logistics has a registered capital of 30 billion RMB and a strong presence both domestically and internationally.Its operations span across 30 provinces (centrally-administered municipalities/autonomous regions) within China, as well as five continents worldwide. Notably, the group's international train network traversing Eurasia further enhances its competitive edge in the global logistics market.
