ROHM Semiconductor (China) Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of ROHM Co., Ltd., a famous Japanese semiconductor R&D and production company. The Company was established in 2000 with total investment of JPY 42.3 billion, and is located in the Microelectronics Industrial Park of TEDA. ROHM independently develops and produces world-leading semiconductor discrete components such as diodes, light-emitting diodes, laser diodes, LED displays, and sensors, which are widely used in various electronic equipment such as mobile phones and cameras.
