China International Exhibition Center Group Limited (CIEC)

China International Exhibition Center Group Limited (CIEC), an enterprise directly under China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, was founded in 1985. Now it has developed into a group exhibition enterprise with the whole industry chain of exhibition such as exhibition hall operation, domestic exhibition organization, overseas exhibition, exhibition design and engineering, exhibition transportation, exhibition information and advertisement, accommodation and catering, etc. It is the vice-chairman of China Association of Exhibition Halls and the chairman of the Exhibition Committee of China International Chamber of Commerce (CICC).

CIEC owns two exhibition halls, of which China International Exhibition Center (Chaoyang Hall), completed in October 1985, was named one of the top ten buildings in Beijing in the 1980s, with an indoor and outdoor exhibition area of about 60,000 square meters, and China International Exhibition Center (Shunyi Hall), completed and put into use in 2008 in Beijing's Shunyi District, with an indoor and outdoor exhibition area of about 160,000 square meters. With favorable geographical location and complete supporting facilities, the two pavilions are important venues for China's international trade and technology exchange activities.
