Wuhan Tuocai Technology Co.,Ltd was established in October 2015 and is located in Gedian. Development Zone, Optics Vally, China, focusing on research, production and sales of high-purity semiconductor materials. The main products contain 15 kinds of high-purity materials including Tellurium, Cadmium, Indium, Gallium, Antimony, Germanium, Arsenic, Selenium, Aluminum, Zinc, and Phosphorus, of which the purity ranges from 99.99% to 99.999999%, as well as more than 20 high-purity compound materials, such as indium phosphide, cadmium telluride, gallium antimonide, and germanium oxide, gallium oxide, indium oxide, etc. Besides, Tuocai can produce other high-purity materials according to customers' demand.

Also, the purity of products is internationally leading, all the products have been accredited by trusted international authoritative testing organizations such as the National Testing Center of Canada and Evans of the United States. Tuocai has also obtained the certification of ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 of international standards. The products of Tuocai are widely used in semiconductor chips, solar cells, semiconductor targets, artificial crystals, high-end alloys and other fields, through which Tuocai significantly transformed the dependence on importing ultra-high purity semiconductor materials. In line with the idea that "researching with scholars and applying within companies", Tuocai has been cooperating with the Institute of Semiconductors of Chinese Academy of Sciences, the national Key Laboratory of Advanced Materials Composite of Wuhan University of Technology and the State Key Laboratory of Optoelectronics of Huazhong University of Science and Technology.

Furthermore, Tuocai has established a nationally-approved expert workstation, a school-enterprise cooperation center, a platform of compound semiconductor R&D platform and core database of material-purifying, owning more than 10 sets of testing equipment such as ICP-MS.
