Established in 2018, BORN ON 2019 DYE CHEMICAL Co., Ltd. Was funded by Zhejiang Qingfeng Business Management Co., Ltd., Song Zengfu and Song Huali, which is a modern technology intell-igent factory integrating R&D(research and development), production and sales of dyes as the main products. And it is located in Wan baoshan Fine Chemical Industrial Park, Anda City, Suihua City, Heilongjiang Province.
The total investment of company is 1.376 billion yuan, and the factory covers an area of 329,700 square meters, mainly producing more than 80 kinds of disperse dyes such as disperse blue, disperse red and disperse yellow, as well as dyes intermediates. The first and second phase projects of the company have been put into operation in 2023, and the output value is expected to reach 1 billion yuan, profits and taxes of 60 million yuan, as well as employment of 500 people. And the third phase and the supporting three-waste comprehensive utilization project will be put into operation in 2024.
In the production process of all products of this project , encouraged advanced synthesis processes are used, such as catalysis, solvent reaction, directional chlorination, directional bromi nation, adiabatic nitrification, and combined synergy. In particular, the high-efficiency salt-free diazonium clean production technology is adopted to improve the atomic economic reaction, maximize the reaction yield of raw materials, and minimize the emission of pollutants, there by reducing the production cost, and making the production technology in a leading position at home and abroad.
The company actively responds to the requirements of national environmental protection policies, and established “Heilongjiang Green Spring Environmental Protection Water Co., Ltd.”in 2019, which can completely tackle the problems such as production sewage discharge from the source.
