Dujiangyan Cerealia Food Co.,Ltd.

Established on March 3, 2015, Cerealia Food Co., Ltd. in Dujiangyan mainly engages in the sales and production of caviar and aquatic products. Its main products target the international market. It boasts Class 10,000 purifying and processing workshop for sturgeon caviar and fish, covering 2,000 m2. The processing plant was built according to the standards of export to EU, with the export record number being 5100/02003. The raw materials of our caviar are provided by our own farms put on record for export - Chengdu Rixing Special Aquatic Product Testing Center (engaged in aquiculture since the registration in 2001) and Dujiangyan Rixing Sturgeon Technology Co., Ltd. (engaged in aquiculture since the registration in 2007). The quality sturgeons are bred with pollution-free running water under monitoring and control in the whole process. Chengdu Rixing is the earliest sturgeon culturist in China, whose project Complete Artificial Reproduction of Sturgeons won the Second Prize of Science and Technology Progress of Sichuan Province in 2004. The sturgeons taken as our raw materials grow in the cold water of Minjiang River of Dujiangyan, with the same quality as wild ones. The high quality of raw materials determines the high quality of our caviar. We also adopt the fleur de sel edible salt of France. The relevant quality and safety management system is strictly implemented, and the standards of export to EU followed in the production process. 

Cerealia caviar is exported to the European and American markets, deeply loved by the customers of the United States, Europe, Russia, Dubai and Japan.
