Hefei Jingda Instrument Co., Ltd. is a modern high-tech joint-stock enterprise, restructured from the former large state-owned enterprise Hefei Instrument General Factory. The company has over 60 years of professional experience in flow meter manufacturing and independently develops, produces, and sells liquid flow meters, gas flow meters, flow meter accessories, gas dispensers, and other complete systems, including automated storage, transportation, and unloading systems. The liquid flow meters mainly include: oval gear flow meters, twin-screw flow meters, roots flow meters, mass flow meters, vortex flow meters, metal piston flow meters, rotary piston flow meters, liquid turbine flow meters, and electromagnetic flow meters. Gas flow meters mainly include spiral vortex flow meters, turbine flow meters, and vortex flow meters. In addition, our company also specializes in various intelligent loading and unloading vehicle control systems, skid-mounted unloading systems, electronic instruments, and filters, making it one of the manufacturers in China with a wide variety of flow meter products. At the same time, it serves as the vice chairman unit of the China Flow Measurement Association, a first-level supplier to China National Petroleum Corporation, a strategic partner of Sinopec, and a main supplier of flow meters for China’s nuclear power sector.


The company has a high-tech team for R&D, marketing, and management, equipped with over 600 sets of various professional processing equipment, advanced domestic oil, water, and gas calibration devices, and state-of-the-art CNC machines and processing equipment. It also has a provincial-level technology center and the Anhui Flow Meter Calibration Station. Our products are mainly used in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, military, nuclear power, food, textile, shipbuilding, thermal power, and wastewater treatment industries. The LC-0150 oval gear flow meter has won the National Gold Award for Industrial Control Instruments in China and has made significant contributions to national key projects, such as satellite launches, long-range missile tests, and nuclear power plants like Qinshan and Daya Bay.
